Storage Servers
Overview
Our Storage Servers are KVM based hardware emulated virtual environments. You can run Linux or Windows Operatingsystems but also BSD-based systems or any other OS that is compatible with the x86 CPU architecture.
Our systems will emulate all required hardware infrastructure for your virtual servers, including network interface cards, disk controllers or the usual CPU/RAM resources and sockets. The core advantage of virtualised storage servers are their flexibility. At any time you can upgrade or downgrade their resources and just pay accordingly.
To speed up your experience, all storage servers come with a primary 50 GB OS disk which located on a NVMe storage. Up to 3 other disks with up to 30 TB diskspace each will be your real storage disk that is located on a high available SSD cached storage. The OS disk will hold your OS in NVMe speed while your data will reside on the storage disks.
